Location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and close to the tram that brings you to Navigli. Tap your credit card on the tram for payment, super easy. The apartment is quiet and the bedroom dark with a comfortable bed. The coffee pods were appreciated to get us moving in the morning. A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival, a very nice touch. We appreciated the spaciousness of the space. Morning coffee at Caffe Napoli right around the corner. Pizza at Locanda Degli Arcimboldi, Cucina e Pizza. Take time to see the Duomo early in the am and as the sun goes down, the colors are extraordinary!
This is perhaps a problem that was unique to us but the key is a blue tooth wireless entry that is attached to your phone. My phone was having a battery problem and I responded by bringing an external battery with me, just in case we ran out of power. Also, we stayed in 9 properties during our trip, all of them took payment for the local tax at the end of our stay except this one which wanted the payment prior to releasing the keys before our stay. This is not a problem and all of this was clearly communicated, I however did not notice this until we were on our way. Regardless, as soon as the payment was made we were given access and in fact early since we arrived prior to the check in time. We did note that the bathroom could use a little attention.

A link was sent to me via email, enabling my phone to be the key. You must have an internet connection to receive and activate the key.
