The location was absolutely wonderful.

The stay was excellent in terms of location and safety. The apartment was clean, spacious, and everything I needed was nearby. If I return to Milan, I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and The entrance to the apartment was a little unusual.

Amazing location. Great value. Just a few nits but overall a great stay.

The location was absolutely fantastic--right in the heart of Milan. Close to restaurants, shopping, metro, cathedral, theatre, etc. Cleanliness was mostly excellent. The air conditioning worked great, and was really appreciated during the heatwave. Hosts were mostly responsive. Towels, sheets, etc. all super clean. Beds were comfortable.

There were two external doors to enter, then an elevator, then the key lockbox and apartment door. There were several keys (with no labels) on the ring and two locks on the door, so it took a lot of trial and error. Some of the keys belonged to the external doors. There was no WiFi or TV as advertised in the description. The hosts tried to rectify the WiFi situation, but to no avail, so had to use international roaming/data. We didn't really want to watch TV, but I don't appreciate the inaccurate description. The sleeper sofa cushions definitely need to be cleaned--everything else was spotless. The hosts didn't communicate any checkout instructions. It was very difficult to return the keys to the lockbox by the apartment door, because we had to use the keys to exit the external door to the street, two floors down. Luckily we're a family of three, so one could hold the external door open while another returned the keys back upstairs. Maybe there's another way, but that was never shared. Lastly, I didn't like being asked to give a 9 score on checkout day--instead of being given checkout instructions.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Good location, we saw the Duomo every time we went out. Right near the metro station and the Scala. Clean. Nice old building. Comfortable beds. The owner kindly let us leave our luggage in the flat as we arrived early

Glad I had my earplugs as it was quite noisy at night but I am a light sleeper. There was a musty smell in the kitchen but we left the door closed so it didnt bother us unless we went in there. Also mentioned to the owner that the sinks needed unblocking

La ubicación

1) No había wifi.
