The place was clean, amenities available, and ample space
The shower drain kept clogging every time we took a shower. It did get to a point where we would barely be in the shower and it already started to fill up

The unit was spacious; the decor was attractive and imaginative; the kitchen very well stocked and there were many other nice touches - such as a variety of books to read, and boxes of tissues in several rooms; the parking was very convenient; the hosts were responsive; and the location was perfect!
The mattress was extremely firm. Also, the unit was not soundproof, so when a family moved into the upstairs unit - which also has rooms on the ground floor, I heard them far too well: from loud steps overhead, to young childrens' happy screams coming through both the kitchen wall and the doorway adjacent to my bathroom. Note: the screaming stopped after I ran into the father outside and made him aware of the problem, but that was 36 hours after the family's arrival.
