Location great. Food in hotel fantastic. Ease of keyless entry to main door and room door.
Bathroom basin so small you could hardly wash your hands or brush teeth as vanity cabinet/mirror so low on wall above basin you couldn’t get close to it. (Single bed with bathroom)
It always seemed like you were a bother when asking staff for things like toilet rolls or having the room made up during the stay. No one ever came to do it for the 2 week stay and I had to chase up staff for 3 days to obtain toilet rolls.

Impressive room
Room had exhaust stacks mounted outside and the noise was intolerable. Couldn’t sleep woke like a zombie

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good communication for our check in. The room and shared bathroom were recently renovated and were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided.
Very poor noise proofing of rooms. There were guests next door who were drunk and loud and we could virtually hear every word. Had a lousy night's sleep as a result. The property is on the Pacific Highway so there is road noise as well. Not great if you have ask early start as we did. Would be good to have an after hours contact number so we could have used to report the (excessively noisy guests and also the power outage that occurred overnight.
