この場所この値段で宿泊出来る施設の提供に感謝いたします。
写真の通り部屋の綺麗さや寝室の数、タオル・アメニティ、電化製品の充実度には満足出来ました。
近くに飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーなどが有り、不便さは感じないかと思います。
風呂の給湯器あたりから立ち込める燃料系の臭い、トイレの臭いがあります。脱衣所、トイレ共に換気対策か窓が開けてありましたが、燃料系の臭いはリビングまで漂っていて、鼻が利く方には耐え難いかもしれません。
また、翌日9:00には車を駐車場に取りに行き、施設前で荷物を積んで出発しようとしましたが、停車可能場所に清掃作業者の車が置かれたこと、清掃作業者が｢ゆっくりでいいですから｣と言いながらC/O前にスタンバイしていたことには不快感を覚えました。C/Oの際はネット上で手続きするので、それを確認してから清掃に入っても遅くはないと思います。清掃作業者の退出しているなら早めに清掃して終わらせたい気持ちも分からなくはないのですが、さすがにC/O１時間前？もっと前？から巡回して退出してるのを伺ってるのを考えると気味が悪く、利用者への配慮も足りないと思います。

Loved the location, parking, ease of getting to other areas in Sapporo and the property was well equipped and clean.
Just probably should warn people that the stairs are quite steep and could be a little dangerous for opening since they open while you are on the steps. A gentle warning will let people know to expect that so they can use caution.
