The space was large, inviting and comfortable. The neighborhood was walkable and we had a ton of fun!

We had a great time in Chicago and we all want to return to the city. And, the apartment was what we wanted regarding sleeping arrangements/space and number of bathrooms. Which was our top priority. Lots of room for a group of 5 to move around. That was great.Details once inside need some attention. Garbage piled up by the main entry door was not an appealing sight on our first arrival to the unit. We didn't have towels for several hours. If check in is to be a 4:00, everything should be ready, including towels. While I didn't mind that there was no furniture in the bedrooms other than beds and lamps, luggage ended up on the floor. I'm 72 years old, so I don't get up and down so easy anymore. Luggage racks would be a great addition. If your unit description claims you can sleep 10 people, then there needs to be enough dishes/utensils to support 10 people. We had only 3 forks for 5 people.The apartment has a lot of potential, but little details mean a lot. Over the past 20 years I have rented from multiple rental agencies. This unit was the most disappointing one.
