About this apartment rental
Apartment 11 is such a relaxing apartment. It has space to stretch out and even have a guest or two over for a meal. The full kitchen is a dream to work in. The Penfield NY location on the East side of Rochester is within 2 miles of both the entrances of 590 and 490 and 15 minutes to downtown Rochester, There are stores and restaurants, gym, groceries, pharmacies and parks all between .25 and 2 miles away.
Apartment 11 is in the rear of the building and has a view of the courtyard. It is private and quiet. Although it is one long unit, the living spaces are broken up to give the experience of different rooms. The bathroom is lovely, fully tiled and across from the sleeping space. The blend of blues with the different textures and the soft gray walls enhance the relaxing atmosphere of Apartment 11.
You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
All guests have a private garage that they can keep their car safe and secure. For those without a car, Uber and Lyft are available for any of your transportation needs.
Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. This apartment has a wired ethernet connection available next to the couch. Apt. 11 is on the second floor. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment. Apartment 5, 3 and 1 have exterior entrances. Please contact us regarding your needs.

Chose this place after relocating back to new york state. The property owners are very nice, the place was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
