The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Some items in the kitchen were placed on high shelves with no footstool to reach them. Luckily, my husband is tall and he was able to reach them. The bed was king size and very comfortable. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.The host left us enough basic supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.) to last us the week we were there. The temperature in the apartment was very comfortable and the hot water was good.I would be very happy to stay there again the next time we are in the area visiting family.

Simple check in process. Very clean accommodations. Had all the basics in the kitchen to cook dinner. Appreciate the welcome snacks. Kept hunger at bay, until we could get to the store.

This is a wonderful historic property that has been modernized and well cared for in a great location in between Rochester and Penfield/Perinton/Fairport. It’s well suited for short and long stays. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
