The quietly located holiday home in Veringenstadt offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The two-storey property features a living room, kitchen, five bedrooms, one bathroom, and three guest WCs, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, washing machine, dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A table tennis table is also available. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided. The private outdoor area includes a garden, terrace, and barbecue.
The ground floor is partially accessible and has an additional step-free entrance. The bedroom on this floor features a height-adjustable bed, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
From the house, you have direct access to the river, where you can swim. Canoes are available in the garage; use is at your own risk and without guarantee. From 15 March to 15 July is breeding season, so boating on the Lauchert is prohibited during this period.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Five parking spaces are available on the property, with additional free parking on the street. One pet is allowed on the ground floor. Smoking is not permitted.
