Overall:My review comes with the caveat that it was a busy week in Vegas, so this may not be a typical experience.The unit itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of communication and limited amenities made the stay frustrating at times. It could work for someone looking for a low-key/simple place to stay and cook, but for a short stay with kids, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.Pros:The unit was clean with a comfortable main bed. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The property felt safe and secure. Starbucks downstairs is clutch—use the app to order ahead and skip the long lines. It’s also an easy walk to Topgolf.Cons:Communication. No check-in or check-out instructions were provided. The unit wasn’t ready at 4pm, then 4:30pm—and still not ready at 5pm. There was no advance information on which tower the unit was in, which made arrival frustrating, and host responses came too late to be helpful.Check-in was a 30-minute line, and we walked into the unit with housekeeping still cleaning.Amenities were underwhelming. Pool hours are 11–5, which is very limiting with kids, and the pool itself is small. The lazy river was closed during spring break.Rented a cabana only to find out later there is no food or beverage service.The sofa bed is not feasible for an adult. The patio has no seating.
