The Space:

Two front doors, two full kitchens, two rooftop hot tubs. Booking The Double Eras on VRBO means your group never has to compromise between staying together and having actual privacy, since each family or friend group gets a complete home to themselves.



Home 1 sleeps 12 across four bedrooms: a king bedroom with balcony access, a queen room with a chair that folds out to a single bed, a room with four single beds, and a fourth bedroom with three double beds plus a sofa bed, and two chairs that fold out to single beds in the living room.



Home 2 mirrors that exact layout, so two groups of 12 can each claim their own house and still meet up on the rooftop or in the Green Room. Both homes share the Green Room, a bonus space with ping pong, a bar, and lounge seating, plus a built-in makeup bar and Getting Ready area with full-length mirrors and Hollywood-style lighting for pre-night-out photos.



Spend the day downtown, watch the sunset from one of the two private rooftop decks, run a ping pong tournament in the Green Room, then split back into two homes so everyone actually gets to sleep.

The Double Eras sits close to Germantown, one of Nashville's food-forward historic districts, with a short drive putting you at Jack's Bar-B-Que or Monell's for a Southern meal. Riverfront Park and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are both a quick drive away for a walk between meals, and First Horizon Park brings Nashville Sounds baseball energy to the neighborhood most of the summer. It sits close enough to reach downtown and Broadway in minutes, yet quiet enough for the whole group, including kids, to actually recover between nights out



Getting Around:

Downtown, Broadway, and the honky-tonks are a short rideshare or drive away, and BNA airport runs about 12 minutes by car
