The Space:

Double Down splits a big group into two complete homes instead of squeezing everyone into one house, which is why it works so well for multi-family trips and longer stays booked through VRBO. Each home stands entirely on its own: full kitchen, living room with a sectional and wall-mounted TV, laundry, and bedrooms sized for a crowd, not a couple.



Both homes share the same layout, so one family can take Home 1 and another Home 2 while everyone still gathers together whenever they want. That means two full kitchens, two living rooms, and two rooftop decks, effectively doubling the gathering space of a single large house on VRBO.



Each rooftop carries string lights, skyline views, and its own private hot tub, so half the group can soak at sunset while the other half plays a hand of poker downstairs. Built-in makeup bars and vanity areas in each home give the group real space to get ready together before heading out for the evening.

Both homes include garage parking, ideal for families and larger groups traveling with multiple vehicles. Downtown Broadway and The Gulch are a short rideshare away, and BNA Airport is about a 12 minute drive
