Comfortable place, convenient location, good shower

All good but little quirky and needed some instructions of how everything works (entry, coffee maker, window blinds etc). Guys, either send someone to welcome guests or set up a welcome pack/leaflet with general info?

Great place, clean and front desk was exceptional

Estoy encantada con la limpieza del lugar, lo cómodo de las camas pero sobre todo con la eficiencia de recepción para resolver y solucionar ciertos problemas de ruidos de vecinos, no aptos para menores de edad.

Probablemente diría el poco “aislamiento acústico” de las paredes.

Ideal location

Close both to the train station and the old town, on a small one-way street though walking and talking of people can be heard easily, nevertheless window is shuttered all day long. Comfortable, modern interieur. Location of luggage storage for 5 euros - arrange it at least 24 hrs before use. All goes in digital way (codes, contact etc).

L'appartamento era molto grande, esteticamente particolare e piacevole. Pavimento senza fastidiosa moquette o tappeti, che rendono una sensazione di scarsa pulizia e comunque trattengono polvere. La doccia eccellente, il letto comodo. A disposizione molti asciugamani. Posizione a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria Murcia del Carmen.

Unico appunto è che non ho trovato il.modo di alzare anche solo un po' le serrande. A me piace spegnere l'aria condizionata e tenere almeno un po' aperte le finiestre la notte in modo da far entrare l'aria esterna. Ho dovuto mettere un oggetto sotto la serranda per tenerle leggermente alzate
