The living area was really comfortable, plenty of space to lounge and play around with the kids. Kitchen area was very tidy and handy and we cooked a curry on the first night and all sat down together at the dining table. Beds were incredibly comfy and the spare fold away bed was perfect for my 9 yr old so he could sleep in the same room as his older brother. Great place, highly recommended
If I had to be picky, our only gripe was, we would have preferred a bit more privacy upstairs. The lack of curtains/blinds upstairs made us feel like we were too exposed.

Due to operational reasons, we were moved by the management people and stayed in the larger 3 bedroom Silverbirch Cottage next door. The house was very modern, comfortable and spacious and in a quiet location with a private balcony that you can use for drinks or dining.
3 points. 1. The facilities list incorrectly includes a washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen, however both are located in an outside building and the laundry is shared with the neighbouring property. This wasn't a major issue, but the listing is misleading. 2. Some noise from neighbours through the walls. Two nights we had a group of 4 lads staying next door who played loud music until quite late. 3. A vegetable/potato peeler and a proper bottle opener would cheap things to add to the kitchen

We enjoyed staying at the property and the setting.
We struggled with no razor charger/toothbrush charger port in the bathroom.
