Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Clean and spacious bathrooms with heater. Modern and bright. Even though the wear and tear are noticeable and scratches and marks on the walls, it did not deter us from enjoying our stay and especially the pool table . It was an outstanding feature that brought the family together in the evening for fun and laughter.

The flat is excellently situated within the city with everything you might need at your doorstep. It's very spacious, clean and comfortable. Access was easy. You couldn't tell that it was on a busy street even late during the weekend which was great.
We found the WiFi very unreliable and ended up using mobile data instead. There was no soap to use in the shower which is more of an inconvenience and nothing major.

The location of the property was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and nice. Appreciated facilities such as the pool table, kitchen, and TV. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly, and gave clear instructions on how the property worked.
The property had natural wear and tear which I would of appreciated being fixed such as the cover on the table tennis paddles peeling off and a part of the kitchen island side peeling off. It didnt take away from our visit but would have been nice.

The location is amazing and it's a huge apartment. Pool table is a nice touch. Beds comfortable. No road noise.
The issues we faced were lack of cleanliness. We cleaned the kitchen surfaces, skirting boards and toilet. Toilet is badly stained, probably from hard water but it doesn't set a good impression.
The place also has scuff marks all over the walls which makes the cleanliness seem worse. It feels not looked after.
Issues with TV... it doesn't have an aerial so you have to log in to the various channels (even the free ones like bbc and c4) which no one wants to do.. why not set up some accounts for the apartment??
Lack of furniture to make things more comfortable/easy eg) lacking dressing tables and chairs in bedrooms.
The main issue is the smell of drains and sewage in the main bedroom. I think it's due to the window which has loads of pipes outside of it.
It was foul. We almost left the property due to this.
The foyer entrance was disgusting.
