Location was excellent, only downside was no parking. Due to its location within a pedestrian area access to unload and load was difficult especially as we travelled with a baby…had to park on double yellow lines to drop off all our baggage
Did lack some kitchen equipment for nights we cooked at the property

Self catering. Location excellent. WiFi not working when we arrived, but staff helpful in trying to resolve it. Very spacious and comfortable apartment.
Loo seat not properly fixed!
Also it was very tricky getting in and out of the bath/shower , it at least needs a grab rail/handle

The location is amazing and it's a huge apartment. Pool table is a nice touch. Beds comfortable. No road noise.
The issues we faced were lack of cleanliness. We cleaned the kitchen surfaces, skirting boards and toilet. Toilet is badly stained, probably from hard water but it doesn't set a good impression.
The place also has scuff marks all over the walls which makes the cleanliness seem worse. It feels not looked after.
Issues with TV... it doesn't have an aerial so you have to log in to the various channels (even the free ones like bbc and c4) which no one wants to do.. why not set up some accounts for the apartment??
Lack of furniture to make things more comfortable/easy eg) lacking dressing tables and chairs in bedrooms.
The main issue is the smell of drains and sewage in the main bedroom. I think it's due to the window which has loads of pipes outside of it.
It was foul. We almost left the property due to this.
The foyer entrance was disgusting.

"The location is fantastic, just a short walk from all the main attractions and a short walk from the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool/table tennis. ..."
