no dressing tables to sit at in bedrooms , only had one mirror in one bedroom between all 4 of us , also no furniture on the terrace

No hot water. Terrible customer service, gaslighting me, saying there was no issue with the water when there wasn’t even enough to bathe my children. Didn’t send an engineer when they said the would

The location

There was no dressing table, so I had to sit on the floor to do my hair in the freestanding mirror, Lots of noise from the street throughout the night , people coming out of pubs and bars until at least 4am .. McDonald’s which is located next door receiving delivery’s in the early hours was also noisy
