The design elements in this house, from the high ceilings to the wood paneling and the large spacious bedroom with a fireplace made us feel like we were staying a country manor. The grounds were equally exceptional, with farm animals to visit, orchards to walk through, and a lovely trail down to a beautiful beach.

Breakfast was kind of basic but also fresh and good.
We couldn’t find a thermostat for the heat in our room and it was hot in there. We had to open the windows to get comfortable temperature wise which is ok but but very good I’m terms of wasting energy/heat.

Such a lovely inn and grounds. We wandered for ages meeting the animals. Liked the apple maze (smelled fantastic) and was amazed how many apples can grow on a tiny tree. I loved the sitting areas in the house and was able to catch up on some crocheting while drinking a cup of tea looking out at the farm.
We didn't make it to the beach! We heard it was great but we were quite tired.

Bed in room 3 was very soft. Felt like it was old. No cream for coffee and the coffee system was wasteful (Pods vs fresh made).
