Modern home from home everything we needed.
Everything but comfy beds giant sofa !

The sociability of the house, Bacton is really quiet so a lot of the time was spent at the house especially in evenings. The time spent around the flame pit patio table with the little lights on drinking wine and conversing was a delight. Beds were comfy, sofa enveloped you. Everything you could need is available. The garden is large and enclosed so there was no concern for the dog we had with us. Located really close to.thw beach and a short walk to the shop, cafe, chip shop and Chinese.
Minor thing but I am a tall person and had to duck in the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs toilet is quite close to the wall, leg room was at a minimum. Neither thing was an insurmountable issue

Great location, great spacious property, perfect for walks along the beach and lots nearby to keep us entertained. The Netflix is a great touch as with other accommodation nearby we haven’t had that so we were pleased. Lovely big garden meant our dog Coco was able to settle easily and had lots of space outside.
Not much at all to be honest.

April Cottage is clean and welcoming. Very comfortable and generally well-equipped. Its location is superb!
