the location is amazing, everything you need is really close.. first we had a small issue about the apartment cause i booked for 5days and they only gave me a small room when i arrived but next day i got switched to a much bigger apartment(i booked a apartment not a room) in the same building which was better at least i had some space and bathroom was big also.. in the end the owner was really helpful and friendly after all :)
it could have been much cleaner, especially the first room felt like they didn’t even change the sheets.. the other apartment i got next day was better and cleaner

Pour ceux et celles qui n'aiment pas les '' ghettos '' à touristes,'' l'emplacement est parfait. Quartier populaire, moins beau que le centre historique, mais beaucoup plus authentique. Plein de petites ruelles étroites typiques , avec des petits restos sympas et bons et une clientèle 100%... Vietnamienne.
Facile de bouger partout dans Hanoï avec les motos taxi.
La chambre est très silencieuse, grande et bien équipée.
Literie un peu dure, mais finalement comme dans beaucoup d'endroits au Vietnam.
Il y a une bouilloire, mais pas de tasse dommage. Des crochets dans la salle d'eau pour mettre les serviettes seraient un plus
La salle d'eau est... immense ! Avec un système très '' pointu'' pour l'eau. Un vrai bonheur le soir en rentrant de pouvoir prendre une douche, car c'est véritablement une douche à l'italienne. Un must.
Belle et grande tv câblée ( histoire de regarder les infos...en Français ! )
Un propriétaire très agréable, toujours disponible, bienveillant et prêt à aider, que du bonheur un grand merci à ce Monsieur.
Bref, un bon rapport qualité prix pour Hanoï et bien évidemment je ... recommande.
Attention, l'adresse donnée sur Booking n'est pas la bonne. Pour éviter de perdre du temps et s'énerver pour rien, la bonne adresse de l'établissement est dans la même rue pratiquement en face de l'adresse donnée, c'est au numéro 70 ( une échoppe ou est vendu des sandwichs Vietnamiens ! 😁

Pokoj byl velký. Byla jsem sama a dostala jsem pokoj pro 4 osoby, takže tam byly dvě velké postele. Ubytování bylo na dobrém místě.
Do ubytování jsem se dostávala přes restauraci v prvním patře, což bylo celkem nepříjemné. Musela jsem projít skrz restauraci a do výtahu. Koupelna nebyla úplně čistá podle mých představ. A navíc tam bylo málo ručníků.
