Tom at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and Binh was so helpful in helping us book the busses we needed. We had a room that smelled like smoke because of another guest, and they easily accommodated switching rooms
There is a lobby area to sit and wait with comfortable seats, but it's not set up to hang out and meet other people

The location was great. It’s in the middle of old town. The owner was awesome and gave us a lot of tips for the city.
The room is quite small but it was good value for the price.

the staff were very kind
the place was so dirty. Ants all over. there is no lift so we had to lug our luggage 4 flights
