サイト上の説明と実際の設備に大きな相違があると言わなければなりません。
トイレは初めて利用した際に流れておらず、WiFiも使用できませんでした。スタッフ不在のため、チェックイン時に部屋のドアが施錠されておらず、それを示す紙が外に貼られていました。誰でも入れます。また自然の中にある施設であることは理解しておりますが、窓は一度も開けず、ドアも出入りの際以外は閉めていたにもかかわらず、夜には大量の虫が室内に現れ不快でした。
最も大きな問題はバスルームです。シャワー又はバスタブ付きの部屋を希望し「専用バスルーム」という表記を見て予約しました。しかし、実際の設備は掲載内容と一致せず、別棟に共用シャワーが1つあるだけでした。この点はサイト上の問題だと言われましたが、問題を認識していたのであれば、表示を改めるか、少なくとも宿泊前に知らせるべきだと思います。このサイトを利用していて、この問題に遭遇したのは初めてです。他の国や他の施設では、表示どおりであるか、問題があれば事前に知らせていただいておりました。施設の方と直接話しましたが、謝罪のみで対処はないです。
日本という素晴らしい国であっても、より多様な方々が宿泊施設やレストランを経営するようになり、以前と比べサービスの質が低下してきていると感じます。今回の経験は非常に残念でした。
I must say that there's a significant discrepancy between the description on the website and the facilities.The toilet did not flush the first time I used it, WiFi didn't work. As there were no staffs onsite, the door to our room had been left unlocked at check-in, and there was a note outside about this. So anyone could've entered. Although I understand the property is located in nature, even with all the windows and doors closed, a large number of insects appeared inside the room at night, it was extremely unpleasant.
The most serious issue was the bathroom. I chose this one specifically because I wanted a room with a shower or bathtub, and I booked it based on the “private bathroom” description. However, the facility did not match the listing, there was only ONE shared shower located in a separate building. When I pointed this out, they claimed it was a problem with the website, but if they had been aware of the issue beforehand, I believe they should at least have informed us prior to our stay. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem when using this site. In every other country I've visited, the facilities matched the listing or the property informed me in advance if there were any issues
It seems that more diverse operators are running businesses, even in a beautiful country like Japan, and the quality of service has declined compared with the past.
