It was a really comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, free coffee, a cheerful place, and good air conditioning.
To get the hotel airport shuttle it had to be arranged in advance, but they did not answer messages sent about arranging the shuttle. Our room had no chair and nowhere to hang things, but was otherwise well equipped.

El lugar muy comodo y limpio, el staff muy amable y muy buen servicio
La ubicacion es muy lejos de todo, no esta cerca a nada, si vas al aeropuerto esta lejos aunque te ofrecen un servicio de 700 pesos lo puedes cons3guir por 400.

Staff very accomodating and friendly, always trying to accomodate me and organize everything for me. Food was ok, was next to a night market giving you a more authentic/local experience.
Even though renovated the furnitures and appliance were old.

A equipe foi muito educada. O serviço de transfer gratuito do aeroporto funcionou perfeitamente bem. Também reservei os passeios pelo hotel e foi tudo ok. O quarto era muito bom.
A localização não é perto de restaurantes mas se você não quiser sair pra comer a equipe te ajuda a fazer pedidos de comida pelo aplicativo.
No segundo dia de estadia não serviram café da manhã dizendo que o cheff não estava disponível. Isso foi muito ruim porque avisaram em cima da hora e tive que viajar sem tomar café da manhã.
