Очень просторный, эстетичный номер с шикарным видом. Качественная мебель, отличный текстиль, есть все необходимое. Приветливые владельцы, быстрое заселение, идут на встречу во всех вопросах.
Немного расстроила стройка в здании, но думаю скоро прекратится и будет шикарно.

It appears that the property is managed by someone completely off-site (and even out of the country?). I was communicating with the host through a Lithuanian Whatsapp number. Check-in had to be prearranged as someone had to hand over the keys. We were shown around the apartment and payment was collected from us in CASH. The couple that "welcomed" us did not speak English - I guess Google can help. We opted to pay in USD, but note that payments can only be made in cash or through bank transfer. The apartment itself is beautiful, welcoming, well-appointed, and aesthetically pleasing (as can be seen in the photos). The view of the sea is also beautiful, especially at sunset. We were just surprised that, when you look down from the balcony, the vibe is less "peaceful" and "serene," with many cars, lots of movement, honking, etc. It did not bother us much and was actually a very interesting contrast. Makes you feel like you are in a beautiful bubble and separated from the outside reality. The building is very new, and construction on the floor we were staying on (19 or 21?) was not done during our stay. That said, there was loud banging from construction during the two nights we were there. The bathroom is well laid-out, but the ventilation is horrible in that there is virtually none, even when the ventilator was on (probably it was incorrectly installed). This left the bathroom so humid that the adhesive on the towel hangers gave up and our towels fell to the floor. Also, the towels remained damp, so we had to hang them in the kitchen area. The kitchen was very nice, and there was a tea maker and a microwave (the only things we used there). The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the division, which gives you the sense that studio apartment has a separate bedroom.
There was an unpleasant situation upon checkout. According to our booking, check-out was at 12 noon. This was one of the reasons we booked this place. I work remotely and keep to "strange" hours because of that, i.e. I go to sleep at 4 or 5 am Georgia time. At 8 am, there was some aggressive knocking at the door that woke me up, even if I had earplugs on. I usually wake up at 11 am and I knew that checkout was at noon, so I ignored the unexpected interruption in my sleep at first, but the banging just kept going on. So I got up to see if it was some construction person or maybe the building was on fire or some revolution had just begun. No, it was the same man from the couple who had given us the keys when we checked in. As he did not speak English, I did not understand what he wanted from me, and it was quite clear that I was still asleep - groggy eyes, all lights still off, curtains completely shut. In my opinion, at this point, he should have communicated with the off-site manager to ask what was going on and then perhaps apologized for the inconvenience. No, that was not the case. He invited himself into the apartment so that he could leave the clean linens and the towels for the next guest (I guess it was for the cleaning person to use after we had checked out). This interruption of my sleep ruined my whole day as I am a person who does not do well with little sleep. The off-site manager apologized for this mishap, but not genuinely so, as she had pointed out that she was also working remotely and that I had also inconvenienced here with my untimely messages during her "day off." How a guest is to know that a property manager is on a "day off" is beyond me. She also offered the explanation that she told her staff "that [our] flight was at 6 in the evening, so [we] would be checking out at 12. And yes, there was a bit of a language gap — for Russian-speaking people, “6” usually means 18:00, while for us it’s more like 6 p.m.
