Квартира расположена близко к морю - в минуте ходьбы, дом под круглосуточной охраной, внизу консьерж и охранник, приличный контингент проживает. Все рядом : набережная, магазины, обменники. Ходили везде пешком и в центр и на набережную. Квартира просторная, с балкона видно море. Особо проблем с лифтами не было. Хозяйка дружелюбная, шла навстречу по любому вопросу. У нас задержали рейс, она разрешила выехать немного позже

В целом отличное жилье и хорошее месторасположение. Есть микроволновая печь, стиралка, шкаф, утюг, фен,просторная душевая. Все для жизни имеется.
Отличная приветливая хозяйка
Жилье уже требует обновления, скрипучий и отъезжающий диван, скрипучие кровати, постельное в катышки тоже можно заменить. Не хватало коврика при выходе с душевой, того же порошка стирального ( на пару стирок приходится покупать свой). Розетки неудобно расположены.
Имеется кухня, но на этом все, ни приправ, ни соли, ни масла нет, чай, кофе, сахар тоже отсутствуют, сковородки давно заезжены пора под замену.
Лифт это отдельный вид искусства, можно ждать вечность, в можно выиграть лотерею и уехать сразу. Ну и плюс шум с улицы тоже имеется (стройка, постоянно сигналящие машины).

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment! The sea and mountain views were beautiful. It has great location, is right across to the beach, near is malls and shopping centers.
The space was spacious, clean, and very cozy, making us feel right at home. Everything we needed was provided, and the apartment had a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Our host was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

I liked very generous hosts, it was easy to receive keys. The room is large, with all facilities included. Kitchen and washing machine are in excellent condition.
