The desk manager was extremely helpful. She explained all the amenities upon arrival and even suggested an excellent restaurant. Our room was on the second floor and she immediately offered to help with our luggage when she explained there's no elevator.
This place is in the middle of a major overhaul. When we first pulled in from Beltline, the side visible from the road was obviously not in use--that threw us a bit, but then we circled to the front of the hotel and the lobby area was neat and obviously new.

It was very quiet, comfortable, and clean.
The breakfast was lacking but I don't think there were many guests. They have a lot of Keurig coffee which I don't like but that's personal preference. Pricing is higher than expected. Don't go through the internet because they will charge up to $90. for their services (no I didn't pay it).

The staff is really helpful and friendly. The location is good too, lots of restaurants near by and good museums/tourist sites near by as well. The room is also nice, the bathroom has everything and it also has good coffee and breakfast items anytime of the day.
The only thing is prob the vending machine only takes 1 dollar bills....

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel appeared as if it were undergoing renovation.
The breakfast was nothing but continental style with help yourself (very limited) packaged food or drink. No hot food - minimal by traveling hotel standards. More like unhealthy snack food and candy bars.
