Staff were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived the owner helped us take our bags upstairs, gave us a tour of the rooms, showed us where everything was, how to use the air con and brought us some extra towels. Was told to ask if we needed anything and treat it like a home from home. We felt very welcome.
Beds are a little hard but still comfy for us and the pillows were great. Rooms were huge and we loved having lots of space to put our luggage down and sit down as well.
We were able to store our luggage at check out which was super helpful.
Some of the floor in the hallway of the apartment was peeling off which we tripped on a few times. It'd be good if this could be fixed.
WiFi was a bit hit and miss, sometimes it was working fiine and other times it wouldn't work at all.
Whilst it didn't bother us much, it can be a little noisy in that area as it's next to the train station so might be worth noting if you're a really light sleeper.
To be honest it's hard to find bad things to say as we really liked it here. The good definitely outweighed the bad!

Ubicación excelente, al lado de la parada del tren y a 20min andando de Santa Sofía
Personal encantador, el dueño sólo habla turco pero hará lo imposible por ayudarte, majísimo.
Ruidoso porque está pegado a las vías del tren (circula alguno por la noche). No hay persianas... Madrugas si o sí
Barrio poco turístico de gente humilde, hay de todo cerca. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento, aunque al llegar impresiona un poco porque esta algo destartalado.
Lo recomiendo 100%

Отличное соотношение цены и качества за двухместный номер такой площади! Кондиционеры в обеих комнатах работали отлично. Замечательный персонал, готовый откликнуться на любую просьбу. К чистоте тоже не было вопросов. Немного большего ожидал от мини-кухни, но в целом это не испортило впечатления. Район в первый поздний вечер показался слишком уж аутентичным, но вполне безопасный. Рядом полно маленьких магазинов и мест общественного питания. Остановка Мармарая очень близко (шума от движения, кстати, совсем не слышно), до метро минут 10-12 пешком, также до трамвая. Из 2-х аэропортов вполне приемлемо добираться на метро. До достопримечательностей тоже недалеко.
