The property is a cosy hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is really good. Walking distance to the metro station, the grand bazaar and spice bazaar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use the Laos Otel again.

This is a really great value in Istanbul it's in a nice neighborhood, with tons of shops and restaurants around, everything you need - but not too touristy! Still close to all the main sights of the old city but it feels like a more real working neighborhood. The staff was really friendly thank you to Karan the front desk staff for being such a nice host!
This place is a great value the room may be a little small/ cozy for 2 people but i the bed is a good size.

Location-close to lots of touristic places.
The receptionist guy was kind and helpful.
The blankets were really thin.
Our room was next to the reception.
Shower head didn’t work.
