10 to 15 minutes from Tram station right next to train station small room friendly staff the overall cleanliness is not good there were ramen pieces on the coffee set the day we came and there was a cockroach in the drawer otherwise the hotel was pretty nice

Staff VERY helpful. We arrived at 3 am and they were excellent with helping us get parking and into our room.
Parking the rental car was difficult, mostly because of how early we arrived.

The breakfast here is amazing, the staff are professional, friendly and polite, and the location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance with the Bosporus only a short walk away. I'd avoid the restaurants nearby which are tourist traps and venture to the local eateries which are a short walk away. There is a place called Tado which is nearby and they sell the bet Baklawa money can buy, for an amazing price.
There isn't anything wrong with the hotel in my opinion. This is the second time I have stayed here and it won't be the last. The breakfast is amazing, with a stunning view. The rooms are well kept and it is amazing value for money.
