We liked our stay a lot. The room was comfortable and they cleaned it every day, the breakfast was great, many things to choose from. The staff were very nice to us. The location is very central, close to main attractions.

- Friendly staff, including the receptionists, cleaners and kitchen, throughout the hotel
- Accommodating, asked for room to be cleaned and was rectified, ran out of bathroom amities and was provided.
- Breakfast included with variety of options but not that many that appealed to our fancy.
- Clean hotel and room.
- Equipments provided such as kettle, tea, coffee, safe etc.
- Walkable distance for nearby attractions and decent restaurants and stores.
- Very loud traffic on the road outside on most mornings.
- Air condition was not on so it does tend to get hot, I assume this is active during the summer period.
- Room appears smaller than advertised but this did not affect our stay.
- Bathroom had to be kept shut overnight as the light coming from the bathroom window was bright upon waking up.

- excelent location
- personal is very nice
- for the paid price, it is a very good option
- they change the towels daily
- breakfast is decent, you can find some eggs, vegetables, butter and salads
- small room but with everything you need
- cleaning can be improved, especially in the bathroom
- towels are quite old, they do not absorb the water anymore. One day I had a newer towel, it was so good
- pillows are quite old too
- there are not many seats for breakfast (which is at -1 floor)
- the hotel is near a main street, so there will be noise even at night
- the rooms are very small, but I can say that it is manageable
