Location, private parking, comfortable beds
Good communication from owner
No clothes storage in middle bedroom. No hanging hooks in bathroom. Comfy chairs in seating area would have been nice

Bedrooms were dark when blinds and curtains were closed
All copy and paste messages from Matt. Asked if has car several times and said I did. Yet messages obviously weren’t replied to with reading.
Very very cold in the property. Wall heater in bedroom 1 wasn’t enough to keep the room warm. No heating in the kitchen, bathroom or halls. Very uncomfy and cold.
No living room or dining room. Dining table was on the bedroom. Basically hotel room with cold walk to the loo. And lots of stairs to even get up to the rooms via a very narrow staircase.
Fridge froze our milk and fruit making them inedible.
Accused of not leaving the access card because the cleaner couldn’t find it on the table. Slugged a fee for their incompetence of finding it.
Main bedroom felt very uncomfy. Felt and sounded plastic like a blow up mattress. Pillows far too big and hard. Unusable.
Front door basically opened onto the road with cars coming past.
