Excellent location and very walkable to restaurants, pubs, shops and the harbour.
It’s tight and a bit pokey. Uneven floors and would be difficult if people had mobility issues.

The apartment was in the heart of Battery Point and close to the Salamanca markets.
Clean, comfortable, perfect for our family of 4 and lots of Architectural history being built in 1850.

Was not expecting a basement apartment!

Comfortable bed, freshly decorated, decent bathroom and basic kitchen. Car parking. Small flat but spacious bedrooms - one good size double and one twin. Little table fitted in next to sofa and under the eaves. Good for students/ backpackers. Bars and a grocery nearby.
This is a basement flat. Fine but not if you like to see out. The entrance is at the back and you go down the stairs to the door. The windows look out to below pavement level. The dark stairs have no lighting and I took a small fall on the steps. Unfortunately I picked up a lot of clogged hairs from the carpet but the owners said they’d come in to vacuum it.
