Never have I been so disappointed in a place that I have stayed.

It was close to Genesee Park.

I wish I could include pictures. There was a half-inch gap under the front door through which you could see light. I assume that is how all of the bugs were getting in. There were a lot of bugs. Spiders, earwigs, and an ant infestation. There were sticker bushes creeping up from under the boards on the deck. The TV looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The shower was completely missing one side of the door. There was a mirror that was supposed to be on the wall but was not. The available parking sucked. One night we had to park 3 blocks away. The check-in situation was sketchy, and information about the area overall should be included, such as the sketchy neighborhood. I really wish I could include pictures of the bugs, the missing shower door and the mirror on the ground, the sketchy neighborhood, and all of the sticker bushes on the deck and next door.

It is scammer, they ask you upload your driver license and credit card front and back side after the book.com already upload your driver license , then when you upload the book.com immediately showing do not upload any about your ID and payment info as warning , however you contact them never have response and they do not give the passcode or anyway to enter the place of you not uploading all ID details as picture with your payment info, so we have be scammed and never into the place

This was the perfect place to stay for us. Well furnished. Clean and tidy.
