Lugnt och trevligt område, fint och luftigt rum, fräsch toalett och + för att det var en balkong. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som var lätt att få tag på.
Hade gärna haft ett kylskåp på rummet eller tillgång till ett kylskåp på våningen.

Ordentliches Zimmer mit Balkon und Standventilator. Das Bad war saniert, sauber und alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden (Fön, WC Papier, Handtücher, Seife).
Großer Tresor vorhanden. Reinigung täglich und sehr gut.
Kontaktloses Check-In hat super funktioniert.
Auch der Kontakt per Chat lief schnell und freundlich.
Sollten wir nochmal in Aachen ein paar Tage sein, werden wir sicher wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen.
Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.
