The price was excellent for the location and the quality. The security was excellent only residents and guests permitted to enter.
The condo stay doesn’t have a concierge. Just security guards.

I like the location and the fact that it is definitely value for money. A lot of people will rate this place poorly but considering the price, I think it's a 9/10. Many people probably booked this place and tend to expect 5-star level and that's unfair to the owner. For me, I take into account the price that I pay and for that reason, I am rating this place very highly.
It met my expectations but surely , there are little things that the owner can possibly improve:
1. Provide soap and shampoo. That's really not expensive.
2. Make the place more differentiated. It's basic and it's perfectly fine. However, by investing a bit on the property to make it much nicer and differentiated, it can command a better price.
It has immense potential.
Notwithstanding the above, I still highly recommend the place.
