Property was great. Close to the station where I also stored luggage. The room and bathroom were decent size and it’s a great place for a one night stay
The staff at check in was a bit rude and dry but helpful. It’s in an apartment complex where the reception really just gives you the keys. Finding the room was a bit complicated because he spoke English with an accent and it was so fast and many directions

Clean and new. Well functioning little studio. Great bathroom.
The building is so new that the entrance area and elevator was still under some finishing construction. It’s not a dealbreaker but not so nice.
It’s close to Krakow Głowny. But the way to it is a little confusing as you have to cross under bridge and zigzag to some stairs. Eventually you will find it.

The property is very conveniently located close to the main railway station. The building and the apartment are both new, and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were several issues. The lift still appears to be under construction. Although it can be used, the experience feels more like travelling through a construction site than a finished building.
Communication with the staff was also quite slow, and when we arrived for check-in, there was nobody at reception and we had to wait around 40 minutes.
The building itself felt more like a student residence, with people constantly walking around just outside the windows. The apartment was very small, although that would not have been a major problem on its own.
The biggest issue was the extremely poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear our neighbours talking and moving around, as if there were almost no sound insulation between the apartments. In our particular apartment, the neighbouring unit was separated by a glass door covered with black film, which made the lack of privacy even more noticeable.
Unfortunately, because of the noise and the overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again
