logement très spartiate, vieillot malgré la clim dont les trous d'installation n'ont pas été bouchés autour du bloc et on voit le jour tout autour de la porte d'entrée. Pas de place pour passer entre la table et le lit dans la pièce principale. La salle d'eau a besoin de rénovation. Chauffe eau au gaz qui s’arrête pendant la douche.
La piscine manque d'entretien , c'est verdâtre au fond et au niveau de l'eau.
La structure gonflable est trouée.
