The price is alittle high

I like that the staff lady was very nice and helpful the property was clean outside and the lobby.

The only thing I didn’t like was my room floor was a lil sticky.

The location and powers good.

No hair dryer, no curtains on windows to block out lights, not enough towels, bed squeaks,no attendant at night.

Upon check in, I stood in line for 13 minutes while guest services accommodated the person in front of me which was fine. She never told me she would be with me or addressed me because of the wait . When she did speak to me, instead of asking how she could assist me, her first words were , " if you are trying to get a room we are booked. I kindly told her , I had a reservation. She asked did I book through a third party. I told her yes. She made me aware , she was in training and she did not know how to complete the booking. It was 15 before actual check in time though the site said your rooms are ready. . She instructed me to come back at 3pm. in order the next shift would accommodate me. I did so. I arrived about 8 minutes after three. The other shift was not there yet. I asked her time of arrival. She called the party and asked them their time of arrival. Obviously something funny was said because she just burst out in laughter. She did t give her instructions on how to check me in through the third party and it was successful. She she informed me that my room was ready except for having towels. Indicated that she will get some in there before I went up to the room but when I did check in there were one towel in the room. When the next shift came in , I did receive towels for the room. The experience wasn't terrible but with her talking on the phone and saying that she had to get her baby from school never accommodated me in a way where I was receiving good or even mediocre customer service. Yet she took another 15 minutes with the guy who was in front of me who did not have reservations. She put her time and soul in accommodating him and was lackadaisical with me. Very poor customer service. On another note guess we're playing loud music and you can hear it when you get out the elevator. The room is a good buy for the money but the cleanliness has lacked from the time I stayed there before.
