Firstly location was just perfect
Council car park a short walk up the hill
We have asthma but wasn’t a problem
Shower could get a bit messy but tools there to sort it but shower was surprisingly good

Great location literally seconds from centre of Padstow. I liked the quirky layout, it felt cosy and in the summer the downstairs bedroom was really cool which was great in the heatwave. it was well equipped with everything you need for a short break. Immaculately clean and tidy, very comfortable stay. Great communication from the hosts too.
There is nothing I didn’t like. However the front of the cottage is on a main footpath into town so there is a bit of footfall outside. It didn’t bother us at all and added to atmosphere of being in a busy touristy town in the summer holidays. The bedroom and bathroom are small but I personally enjoyed the quirkyness and for the two of us it was perfectly formed for us to stay there comfortably.

Quirky and quaint upstairs.
Lovely modern bathroom.
Had all facilities needed.
Superb location.
Small outdoor spaces require refurbishment.
More shelving space etc., needed for belongings especially in bedroom and bathroom.
Valance on bed base appeared very old and worn and needs replacing.

Fantastic location, really close to the harbour and shops.
We spoke with Bev (housekeeper) twice about small issues, and she was extremely helpful.
The bedroom and bathroom area were really cramped, but the overriding negative was the dampness and musty smell in the bedroom, which transferred onto clothes that were hung up in the wardrobe.
