Beautiful and clean hotel, near the city centre. Great extra s like a coffee machine in the lobby so you could take a cup of coffee to go or take up to your room.

Such a lovely hotel/townhouse to stay for adults. It’s unique, clean, cozy and many shops and restaurants nearby making it a convenient location when you are visiting Edinburgh. It is also near the tram stop.
I would advise travellers with big luggages to book the rooms on the lower floor as there are no lifts available and will be difficult to carry luggages if room(s) book will be on the ascending floors.
I would strongly suggest management to have a microwave available for the guests- it will be very useful and appreciated. The Nespresso coffee machine made us happy ☺️though.
Overall, my husband and I had a restful and fantastic stay. Many thanks ☺️
