You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

The property was perfect for my daughter and I. The beds were super comfortable. It was an extremely clean property and quiet. We had everything we needed there, My only issue was the parking. It is all street parking and a LOT of people park there for the nearby houses.The area felt safe too. The area was recommended to us by someone who lives in Seattle when I asked what area is safe. It is a short drive to the Space Needle area and the Pike Market area. After saying all that. Would I stay there again? Yes without a doubt.

This place was exceptionally clean, the host had provided very nice extras, it was spacious and very comfortable. Within walking distance of a bunch of excellent restaurants and a great grocery store.

Loved the location and the overall cleanliness.But pictures didn’t show it is a basement apartment with little outside light. No comfortable seating; tv is in one bedroom so can only watch from the bed. Awkward!
