Beautiful and excellent location, wonderful staffand plenty of activities is you desire them
Room air conditioner has ONLY cool cycle, no heating which is not good for winter. All air conditioning units have reverse cycle, for the high price of accommodation this is a real short coming !!!!

We had an absolutely magnificent stay at the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning natural beauty of the island, the pristine beaches, and the breathtaking landscapes.A special thank you to the incredible team: the staff is highly competent, genuinely attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their exceptional friendliness truly sets a high standard for luxury service.To our absolute delight, the resort generously upgraded our room. The accommodation was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping did a flawless job.If you are looking for a perfect island getaway with top-tier hospitality and immaculate rooms, this is the place to be. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning!

Location and scenery are stunning. Bed was super comfortable. Good amenities. Has a relaxing vibe. Beautiful water. Gym was large and had 2 Pilates beds. Boat transfer was smooth and luxurious.
Resort is run down and tired. Lots of maintenance required especially at the big pool. Our bath was rusted and outdoor shower needed maintenance. Many kids at resort as they do “kids eat free”. Resort is promoted as a nice place for couples but there are no adult only areas. Waited way too long to be seated at bam bam and amici. Unacceptable. Gym needs attention with broken equipment. Not allowed to use Hayman lounge at airport on departure, but left at the airport way too early yet you can’t check in before 3pm at hotel either. Needs to be earlier if you have check out at 10am. There is a language barrier with staff, every drink order was incorrect.
