Would love to stay again upon visiting Rochester. Lovely neighborhood within walking distance of a park and restaurants. Take an eye mask if sleeping in the room with a King bed. Windows wrap two walls, which give the room plenty of natural light. It is a lovely room and gives the feel of being in a treehouse. Well-edited design and comfortable sofa.

Katy was a terrific host and very responsive during our stay. The house was very comfortable and in a very convenient neighborhood close to everything we needed.

Soothing rooms, comfortable beds. A little dim in the dining room (maybe a bulb out in the overhead fixture? This was not a big deal.) neighbors had a car blocking back of driveway when we got home on our last night. Pretty tricky to back out! Again, not a big deal, we just moved our car from the street to the back later after they left.
