We stayed at 66 Madaket Road for a long weekend and it was a great property in a convenient location. We had 9 adults and two infants and there were plenty of space for all of us. In fact the lower level of the house has four bunk beds a large living room , kitchenette, bathroom/shower and washer/dryer allowing for privacy for extended families vacationing. The house was nicely renovated and the mid floor and upstairs areas which included kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/living room and washer dryer were very nice. Additionally the yard, pool and view from the back were great. There was plenty of room for several cars to park on the driveway and the front yard was spacious.The house is about a mile from downtown and was a straight shot and easy walk to town which we made several times.The owner of the house was very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay and during our stay.
