Escape to our family-friendly retreat in Lake Geneva, WI. Perfect for groups up to 16, this spacious 4-bedroom home features a fully equipped game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball and arcade games, plus a lower-level TV lounge with a big screen and two full-size sleeper sofas.

Lake Como beach passes are included. The beach is about three blocks away. The walk has hills and uneven ground, so most guests find it easier to drive, roughly 5 minutes. We provide 3 passes, one to display in each vehicle you take to the beach. They hang on hooks in the kitchen, and we ask that you return them there at checkout.

Enjoy fast WiFi, smart TVs and a chef`s kitchen built for cooking for a crowd. There are 2 full bathrooms plus a half bath, a sunny patio and balcony for meals outside, and a laundry room.

Wildlife lovers will spot peacocks, turkeys and deer on the property. Downtown Lake Geneva is a 10-minute drive for restaurants, golf and shopping.

Free parking for 6 vehicles, with room for watercraft or snowcraft. Available year round, from summer on the water to fall colors and winter snow.
1. Noise Levels
This is a residential community, so guests must be respectful of noise levels at all times, especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM.

2. No illegal activity at any time.

3. No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping at any time in the unit. You may smoke outside, but 15 feet away from all exit doors, please.

4. Booking guests must be at least 21 years of age. Bookings with persons under the age of 21 will require special approval by the host.

5. This property is not suitable for wild bachelor or bachelorette parties. It is ok to be a group of bachelors or bachelorettes, but you must be respectful of noise levels at all times. 18 people is the maximum number of people that can be in the unit or on the property at all times ( City Rules).

6. No person may return to the unit after going out to bars/clubs/etc that are not registered in advance. This is not the place to have impromptu guests.

7. If an item is lost, there will be a small fee charged for its return.
Lost Beach Passes Will Be A $25.00 Fee.

8. CLEAN UP:
It is necessary to be respectful of the housekeeper. Any party or group that does not adhere to this rule will be subject to up to double the cleaning fee.
It is requested that you don`t leave an inordinate amount of work for the housekeeper

9. LOST & FOUND:
If you leave items behind, we inspect the property within 24 hours of checkout. We will notify you of any found items and offer shipping or a scheduled pickup window for a $25.00 fee plus postage. Lost beach passes incur a $25.00 replacement fee. We are not responsible for items left longer than 14 days.

10. PRE-CHECK-IN INSPECTION:
This property undergoes a photo-verified inspection before every check-in to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards. If you arrive and find an issue, please notify us immediately and we will address it promptly.
