Ebb & Flow is a custom-built three-story home in the Oceanlake neighborhood of Lincoln City, made for large family gatherings and group retreats. It sleeps 20 in five king suites and two bunk rooms, with ocean views from every level, a private hot tub, and a Polycade arcade. The beach is a five-minute walk from the front door.

First story: king suite with a private bath, two bunk rooms sharing a full bath with a tub (two twin bunks sleeping 4, and three twin bunks sleeping 6), a kitchenette and coffee bar, workspace, the arcade, laundry, and a covered porch with the hot tub.

Second story: king suite with a private bath and its own laundry, living room with a 70-inch TV and gas fireplace, full kitchen with gas range, dining for 12 at the table and up to 21 with the benches and bar, a half bath, and a balcony with a Traeger grill and ocean-facing chairs.

Third story: north and south king rooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath, a west king room with a bath shared with the family room, and a second family room with a 75-inch TV, gas fireplace, and the best view in the house.

Ductless air conditioning throughout, fast WiFi, streaming TV in every room, and towels and linens provided. The steep driveway has parking for seven cars. Two dogs up to 30 pounds each are welcome with a pet fee. Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the home only.
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. No parties, events, weddings, or receptions without owner consent. The primary renter must be 25 or older.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Pets: up to two dogs, 30 lbs or less each, with a $150 pet fee collected at booking. Please keep dogs off the furniture.

No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted out front or on the deck with doors and windows closed.

Parking for up to seven vehicles, in the driveway only. The driveway is steep.

Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the home. There are no cameras inside.

Check-in is at 5 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Before leaving, please strip the beds, start a load of laundry, run the dishwasher, and take garbage to the cans behind the garage.

Fireworks, climbing on the roof, and illegal substances are not permitted. Violations may result in fines, loss of the security deposit, or removal without refund.
