The Corfu welcome is the best. Alexandra and her staff were brilliant.
The apartment was clean and spacious.

Perfect views, friendly staff, lovely village, good shopping and restaurant choices nearby
Very little to dislike. Slightly dated but that did not affect our stay here. You do need to carry your bags upstairs but just need to keep that in mind.

Airport transfer organised by Alexandra was excellent. Views of beach and mountains spectacular. Beach across the road from hotel gravelly but sea was superb. Best sunbeds from hotel next door with memory foam cushions.
Air con was excellent when we found out how to work it. Fridge in room was helpful for cooling water
Staff were very pleasant. Wifi was great. Mozzy nets on balcony doors were excellent
Roof top terrace is a hidden gem, you really should try it
Breakfast was varied and filling. Some good restaurants, we liked Posidonia and La Peruga.
Noise of fridge in room, it was very old and needs updating. Property is basic and tired, shower holder broke first day and key to safe snapped first day as well. Shower fixed by end of day and safe completely replaced day after so full marks for that but we were rather nervous about using anything else like the tv, . Doors to room, bathroom and wardrobes need updating as very creaky/noisy. Benitses has a lot of derelict buildings. Everyone visiting Benitses seemed to smoke (not vapes - real smoking) so get use to that with every meal!. Lots of stray cats around! The road, wow! nothing will prepare you for that it is very very busy.
