The stairs, but I needed the extra workout.

Super schöne Appartement Anlage direkt im Hafen. Wir hatten Hafenblick mit Außenterrasse. Einfach toll hier zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Kaffee und Wasser gibt es umsonst. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Für Bootsausflüge wie fischen einfach idealer Spot. Ansonsten kann man mit dem Auto 10 min in das Zentrum von st. Augustine fahren. Sehr schöne Altstadt. Spanische Festung.

Loved the location. The beaches nearby are beautiful. Also loved that we were close to downtown St Augustine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Check in process was easy, property booking was easy. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of seats available on the porch. I did not have a problem with noise from other rooms or the hallway.

The property needs to be more upfront about the location. It is directly off the road, traffic noises are heard from the porch. The pictures make it seem like the porch is secluded, it is definitely not. The door to the hall has a visible gap between the jam and the door itself, and it's bright against a dark room. The bathroom shower needs anti slip and the shower head needs a deep clean, the water flow was weaker than it should have been. The lights in the bathroom flickered every few minutes, so I unscrewed most of them for our stay. The room smelled like bleach the whole time, it doesn't give a feeling of clean, it feels like a hospital when it smells like that. The listing says spa bath, that is a total misrepresentation of that bathroom
