The house is cozy, all furniture is brand new and the personnel also provided with some coffee, Moka coffee machine, a large TV, salt and oil, and bathroom products such as shampoo and body gel. The place is about 7 minutes walk from Line Metro A which takes you anywhere in very short times.The neighbourhood is quiet.
At night the surroundings may feel a little isolated as there are mainly private houses and some of the roads lack sidewalks, however there is very little circulation in the area and cars drive slow, and it seems like a calm quiet neighborhood

Duża przestrzeń, cicha i spokojna okolica, bezpośredni dojazd metrem do centrum, duży balkon idealny do odpoczynku, całe wnętrze jest klimatyzowane. Przemiła wynajmująca, zawsze służy pomocą :)

La posizione comoda, ristorante consigliato sotto buono
L’appartamento non è quello in foto quindi il punteggio che ho dato non si riferisce a quello: purtroppo siamo state avvisate che si è allagato quell’appartamento e ci hanno fatte stare in un altro appartamento più piccolo e diverso che avevano disponibile (è la seconda volta che mi succede quest’anno su booking..)
La ragazza che lo gestisce è stata molto cortese, purtroppo però non funzionavano né acqua calda né riscaldamento ed è stata abbastanza tosta con il freddo; fortunatamente siamo poi state messe in contatto con il tecnico della caldaia e dopo una ventina di minuti al telefono a eseguire indicazioni (molto divertente, però altre persone penso che si sarebbero spazientite) abbiamo sistemato la caldaia e dunque l’acqua calda - il riscaldamento non so, la stanza è rimasta molto fredda.
Il frigorifero fa un rumore forte per la maggior parte del tempo (comunque funziona)
