Convenient central location to access inner west. The rooms have been renovated into industrial chic and are very comfortable.

The long flight of stairs to the first floor accommodation is a challenge with a suitcase!

The location was very good. Near the bus route and easy to get to city center.

We needed our room tidied up and clean towels. We put the placard on the door, asking for service. We were gone most of the day, and it was not done. They did get us taken care of the next day.

It was absolutely stunning. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but it was now pub stay motel. The food downstairs was delicious. Free parking all around as it’s more residential and the bus is just up the road. I will be back!

The renovations were nice and it looked great, the bed was comfortable and the food downstairs were also great! It was an easy process to check-in and I enjoyed the contactless experience.

The shower water was extremely cold and also low pressure despite letting it “heat up” for 10 minutes it remained freezing cold. There is no bathroom storage just a small sink. The shower screen and toilet door despite being fluted and slightly frosted was still too transparent. You could easily make out shapes through the glass (great if you’re a couple but not if it’s a group of friends or family) The toilet door would occasionally collide with the toilet bowl and would get stuck while trying to open it. There was no snacks or drinks in the fridge (no minibar) which is often appreciated by hotel guests. The floors were extremely creaky in the room (minor grievance) Throughout the lobby there were extremely bright lights turned on throughout the duration of the day and night! Had to use two of the pillars to cover the cracks in the door because the lights were so bright. Security and access is pretty low standard… the front door to the entrance was always wide open including the “entrance” for the hotel which isn’t the safest setup. There was also a lack of security presence during the night. The wifi was included however it’s slow and not recommended for doing strenuous work on your computer or watching videos. Extremely limited parking options, majority of street parking was full throughout the day.
