Don't Stay

Was central for town but the complex has no facilities for use. The people who were staying in other appartments had better communication with the owners.

The property is listed as accessible and I was told a Motability scooter was able for this property. The apartment might be level but there were three large steps down to property which made my husband feel like a prisoner. The property had insufficient lighting outside and there was no smoke detectors or any fire blanket. Also there was no where we could find evacuation details if there was a fire. This was not good. the place was full of ants and though we complained nothing was done. they were even in the front bedroom and bed. The place had not been cleaned properly and we were only supplied with one bin bag and one toilet roll for 14 days. We had to go and buy and left some there. The microwave is on top of tall fridge so we could not use as very dangerous getting food or drink out. A accident waiting to happen. We were there for 14 days but wanted to leave after 1st day. There is no cleaning service at all during stay you are meant to do it and no change of towels or sheets in the whole 14 days. A very high price for just bare minimum. If you got in touch with the company who maintains property they were very unhelpful.

Nice quite location close to all amenities ...very peaceful and excellent pool

my family and I have been to Corralejo many times..we love it...our apartment was clean comfortable. central..very good beds and pillows..close to the pool and beach...a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops... there were 2 lights missing from outside our apartment and this was dangerous when we were getting the shuttle bus early in the morning. the outside of the apartments are in need of better upkeep..overall a very enjoyable break..quite by the pool and close to all amenities...can't wait to return to Corralejo again soon...

no change of bed clothes during our 10 days stay. around the apartment complex need to be tidied up and regular upkeep of the property

Desastroso
